Wednesday Workout

 

Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 minute

Set your timer for 12 rounds of 10 and 50 second intervals. Complete three rounds of the following during the 50 second work intervals:

1. Back lunges w/ sandbag press
2. Burpee pull ups
3. Sit ups
4. Wall balls
