Shoulders and hips just gave out. I didn’t think I’d get past 50, so I’m still pretty happy about this. Looking forward to seeing how much I’ve improved next month!

  2. Umm, in order to kickstart my get-fit routine, honesty is good.

… I might be one of the skinnest women I know, but what nobody else seems to realise is that I am also one of the unfittest.
    At least I’ve begun!

Next time I want to work on keeping good form through the whole thing. My burpees got pretty ugly by about 63. Fun challenge, though!

  5. Whooo! I’ve never done many burpees. 13:33. Lots of rest breaks :). My 10 year old daughter did it with me – she didn’t want to time hers but she proudly made it to 100. Thanks for all the inspiration and motivation!

  6. 11:25. But I am old and weary, so I did sets of 25 with 30 second break in between so my heart would not explode. The most I ever odd before was 30! This was fun!

  7. 7:28…tough one…Looking forward to beating my time each month. Glad you started this. I have avoided the 100 burpee challenge (the monotomy of 100 burpees seemed killer lol). It was a killer but im excited to work on my speed/stamina etc. Goal to be under 7:00 by summer!!!

  8. Let me start by saying…..
That sucked!! lol. I usually avoid burpees at all cost but I wanted to gage my fitness level.
I’m out of breath, my heart is pumping and my arms feel like jello but i did it in 8:14. I’m happy with that.

  9. 6:58 and I’m dead… Lungs burning, legs burning, arms shaking, and nose running haha. Kind of fearful to see how I feel in the morning but I can’t wait to see if I can improve in form and time next month!

  10. I started doing these about a month ago and after starting at 14:20, I’ve gotten down to 12:35. It’s fun seeing the improvement and I’ll definitely have to try what srini did above next time!

  11. Hate to admit it,but stopped at 90. Am under the weather and it started to feel like the bad kind of pushing myself. 7:50 was my time.

  12. I managed 100 in 12:15. I didn’t think it would be easy but I felt like I was scraping myself off the floor by the end….

  13. This was my first attempt at ever doing more than a few burpees, my time was 11:29. Got sore in the top of my quads after about 30 burpees. Many be ause I’m a runner, and that part of my thighs are under used. Anyhow, I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. You rock, Krista!

  14. Whew. I wanted to die(and think I temporarily did!). I did it in 11:11. My breathing wasn’t too bad it was more my legs giving out on me. A tough challenge. I loved it..in a sort of sadistic way. Lol. Thanks, krista. More challenges pls!

  15. 13:30 I don’t feel the burpees in my legs really just my arms. Biceps felt like they were going to explode by 50! Excited I did this! A day late but I did it!

  16. Did the challenge this morning with some friends here in Durban South Africa. The guys did theirs in 6:15 and 6:25. I got mine done in 8:20. Impressed by those of you doing extra sets in addition. Way to push it!

    • Congrats! In a week or so I want to try this again and go for the under 10 minute mark. Gonna let the memory of how brutal this was fade away before trying it again.

  17. 100 burpees in 13 mins. My intention was to try to do 50 (I’m still mentally getting over the 10 rounds of burpees and situps!!!), and after a bit of a rest, I thought I’d just do 10 more, then 10 more until the 100 number was in sight! What a great challenge! I knew it would be tough physically, but am really appreciating how much these workouts challenge my mindset. They are helping me break through the “I can’t”, and instead replacing it with “I can do this”. Doesn’t matter how long it takes, I just love the fact that I am not giving up!!! Thanks Krista!
