Friday Challenge Workout

 

Workout equipment:

Workout type: Challenge
Time: ? + 4 minutes

Complete 5 rounds of the following:

5 Handstand push ups
10 Squat jumps
5 Pull ups
10 Knee raises
5 Dive bomber push ups

Then do 4 minutes of Tabata (8 rounds of 10 and 20 second intervals) High knees w/ jump rope
