12 Minute Rebel AMRAP Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

15 Squat jumps
10 Diamond push ups
50 Tuck jumps
5 Pistols / leg (modify as needed)
10 V ups

Bonus: Handstand wall walks
