15 Kettlebell front squats OR Sandbag squats
15 Boxer push ups
5 Chin ups
20 Jump lunges
10 Knees to elbows

Bonus (after workout): 15 Handstand push ups

  1. Been doing these workouts for a couple of weeks. Love not being a slave to gym equipment. It mixes it up so well. Smashes me every time.
