290 Rep Muscle Building Challenge Workout

 

Workout equipment:

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Repeat 5x:

30 Double unders (or 60 single unders)
5 Triceps dips
5 Burpee tuck jumps
5 Pull ups
4 Pistols / leg
5 Leg raises

Bonus: 2 minute handstand hold (break it up as needed)
