Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

20 Snowboarder jumps
5 Triceps dips
10 Traveling burpee tuck jumps
100 High knees
10 Knee raises

Bonus: 60 second L-sits

    I’m considering joining “Become a superathlete”. However, I have a few questions. I can’t find your terms of usage. If I decide to discontinue your service, would that be possible every month? Also, I wonder whether It would be possible to create our own workouts using the app, choosing from the exercise library and saving those then to our favorites. Looking forward to your answer:-)

  2. Four rounds, the buzzer went off halfway into the 4th round of knee raises. Did “tele” jumps, rather than “snowboarder” jumps: not quite so much direction change: partway like jump lunges.
