Workout type: 12 minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1.Straight punches
2. Burpees
3. Round kicks
4. High knees w/ jump rope
5. Burpee tuck jumps
6. Sit ups

Bonus: 20 Hook Punches / side + 10 back kicks / side
