Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Burpee box jumps
2. Ball transfer push ups
3. Burpee tuck jumps
4. Air squats
5. Straight punches
6. Sit ups

Bonus: 20 Hook Punches / side + 20 V ups

  1. Phew! Punching bag came at a good time…lots of stress at work! I needed this in my routine today.

    Burpee Box Jumps: 5, 5, 5
    Alt MB Push-ups: 11, 11, 8
    Burpee Tuck Jump: 6, 5, 5
    Air Squat: 16, 15, 17
    Straight Punch: 71, 72, 60
    Sit-Ups: 11, 10, 9

    And still manged to eek out the bonus reps. Followed up with muscle ropes…I’m surprised I can even type this.
