30 Mountain climbers
25 Air squats
20 Push ups
15 Pull ups

    Nice work out, I did it after a long working day.

    Finally I got: 3 Rounds – 30MC – 25 Squats – 18 Push ups

    Just one question, 1 MC = one jump with each leg ?
