Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Long jumps
2. Round kicks
3. Burpee tuck jumps
4. Straight punches
5. Back kicks
6. Plank pike jumps

Bonus: 50 Straight punches + 30 V ups

    Straight punches: 101, 111, 112
    Back kicks: 20, 24, 28
    Pike jumps: 35, 41, 46
