  1. My rounds: 2 rounds + 10 burpees + 10 deadlifts (I substituted 195 lbs. barbell deadlifts for the squats today), 4 burpees

Good workout! I actually found the Pike Pushups to be the toughest part!

  2. 3 Sets + 10 Burpees, 20 Air Squats, 10 Burpees, 5 Pike Push-ups. Does that count as 3 and a 1/2?? REALLY like this workout!

  3. I remembered the amounts incorrectly so did ten reps of each, instead of 20reps squats.

  4. Tired after 2* 12min sessions last night – no excuse not to try out the Burpee AMRAP. Finished almost 3 rounds and added another 12 min to push a bit further!

  7. Are we supposed to do these rounds non stop for 12 minutes OR have breaks in between?? I think it would finish me off without the breaks.

If a break is allowed between each round, how long should it be?

Is the ideal to work up to having no breaks at all for the 12 minute duration?

    • PS I have been doing your 4 minute workouts for a few weeks now and always feel great after doing them. I think it maybe time to step up to the 8 or 12 minute workouts now.

      Thanks for your inspiration.
