Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Wall balls
2. Burpees
3. High knees w/ jump rope
4. Snowboarder jumps
5. Mountain climbers
6. Medicine ball twists

Bonus: 10 Woodchoppers / side + 30 second Handstand

    Hi-Knee Jump Rope: 54, 50, 53
    SB Jumps: 20, 17, 14
    Mtn. Climbers: 64, 69, 68
    MB Twist: 33, 30, 27

    Did the bonuses, plus some additional handstand practice (gonna get that mastered) AND finished with a 1-mile run.
