End of the Year AMRAP Challenge Workout

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

20 Double unders (or 60 single unders)
5 Handstand push ups
5 Burpees
10 Air squats
5 V ups

  1. I did 6 rounds. Working on my double unders so did 10 double/30 single unders each round. Your workouts are awesome! Keep them coming:-)
