Really enjoyed that one – really! LOL. Snafu with my Android Gymboss meant I lost the rhythm at the end of round 2. Didn’t fade as fast as I have been doing so really pleased with progress! 🙂

Bwahahaha!!! In too much of a hurry so I didn’t realize that the v ups were bonus and I just kept doing them with my sets! Couldn’t figure out why the timer ran out before I did!! (finished up the sets anyway)

Nope, the workouts on the site aren’t available on the app yet. It’s a feature in process (coming really soon!) – in the meantime, there’s about 200 app workouts 🙂
