1. Burpees
2. Side lunges
3. High knees
4. Dive bomber push ups
5. Jump lunges
6. Plank pike jumps

Bonus: 25 v ups

  1. Really enjoyed that one – really! LOL. Snafu with my Android Gymboss meant I lost the rhythm at the end of round 2. Didn’t fade as fast as I have been doing so really pleased with progress! 🙂

    Burpees: 11, 7, 7
    Side lunges: 30, 28, 30
    High knees: 100, 75, 93 <– that might be wrong
    Dive bomber push ups: 8, 7, 7
    Jump lunges: 27, ?, 25
    Pike jumps: 20, ?, 25

  2. Bwahahaha!!! In too much of a hurry so I didn’t realize that the v ups were bonus and I just kept doing them with my sets! Couldn’t figure out why the timer ran out before I did!! (finished up the sets anyway)

  4. I’m having a hard time finding the workout of the day in the app? When I choose 12 min workout, I keep shaking and this one never pops up. Should I be choosing a different option? Thanks!
