Ok,did it,but was really not energized today at all. Can I blame it on the overcast,tired weather?
Is this workout available on the purchased app? If so, haw can I find it?

Can I ask, when are you supposed to do the bonus? is that after you finish the regular reps? For example, in this one , are you doing 3 x 10 Bridges, or just 1 set at the end?
