  1. 3 rounds in 13:13. A bit slow… I didn’t want to stop at 12:00 without having completed 3 rounds.
    My four year old daughter was doing burpees and air squats with me. That definitely made the workout even more fun 🙂

    3 full rounds and 4 burpees, modified dips.
