Gave it a go, just 4 rounds + 10 x Air Squats, but I will revisit this one soon – I definitely had much left in the tank after 10 mins! Great bodyweight workout.

5 rounds – 2 situps…so rounded the set out by doing the 2 sit ups anyway 😉
4 rounds 10 air squats 5 push ups…not bad being I have been sick in bed for the past 4 days and heavy duty antibiotics…not 100% yet but it was nice to get some

Great site! Just recovering from a dislocated shoulder and separated AC joint – had some trouble with the pushups but switched them up with dips every other interval. Did 5 full with 10 squats. It’s a long road back but will get there! 🙂 Thanks for your great work! Where are you located?
