Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Burpee box jumps
2. Elevated push ups
3. Kettlebell swings
4. Pistols
5. Tuck jumps
6. Sit ups

Bonus: 50 Elevated knee touches

Kettlebell swings (using a 35 lb KB): 15, 16, 16
Pistols: 14, 14, 13

Sit ups (using an ab mat): 18, 18, 19
