Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Kettlebell swings
2. Bulgarian split squats (L)
3.Bulgarian split squats (R)
4. Mountain climbers
5. Kettlebell front squats
6. V ups

Bonus: 20 Plank get ups + 20 Side crunches / side

  2. Great kettlebell workouts. Love the cartoon characters. I’ve been doing KB workouts for close to 2 years since i started doing Crossfit. I have to say I hated them at first, but grew to love them. Especially once you get your grip strength down. To me outside of the proper form, gaining that grip strength was essential to becoming proficient in KB movements. Here’s a few others movements as well.
