Leg Scorcher 12-Minute AMRAP Workout

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

20 Sandbag squats
10 Explosive push ups
20 Walking lunges (optional: w/ sandbag)
10 Burpee lateral jumps (optional: w/ obstacle)
10 V ups

Bonus: Bridges
