Workout equipment:

Workout type: 16 minute

Timer setting: 24 x :10 x :30

1. Wall balls OR Squat thrusts
2. Pike push ups
3. Medicine ball slams
4. Burpee lateral jumps (optional: jump over obstacle)
5. Air squats (optional: w/ weight)
6. Medicine ball twists

  1. Another great workout! I like doing 4 rounds; after the first round, I’m nice and warm, and actually do better 🙂
    Here are my numbers today:
    WBs: 16, 21, 21, 21
    PPUs: 20, 21, 22, 24
    MBSs: 11, 15, 15, 16
    BLJs: 7, 7, 6, 7
    ASs: 24, 25, 25, 24
    MBTs: 33, 34, 35, 31
