  1. Cannot do handstand pushups yet,so did legs at 90 degree angle instead and squat jumps instead of wall balls. Wow! Tough workout – time 12.29

  2. I did the workout in 13 min, substituting squat jumps.

    BTW, I have your app. Might you consider enabling users to create their own workouts? I’d live to save this one on the app and try to improve my time.
