Do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

30 Tuck jumps
5 Dips
3 Pistols / leg
5 Dive bomber push ups
30 Pike jumps
5 V ups

  1. 4 Rounds exactly – never so glad to hear my timer go off! – Did 40 grasshoppers instead of pike jumps (they kill my feet!!).
