Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Step ups
2. Reptile push ups
3. Burpees
4. Walking lunges
5. High knees
6. Elevated knee touches

Step ups (35 lb sandbag): 11, 12, 12
Reptile push ups: 15, 14, 15
Burpees: 9, 9, 9
Walking lunges (w/ sandbag): 17, 17, 18
High knees: 111, 115, 113
Elevated knee touches: 30, 33, 34
