Walking lunges (35 lb sandbag): 18, 19, 19, 20
Knee raises: 19, 20, 20, 21

  1. Did this one today as I just received my dip bar and excited to use it!
    step ups: 30 lb weights (no sand bag): 14,13,12, 13
    reverse push ups: 15,15,15,15
    pike jumps: 35,40, 39,40
    dips: mostly modified: 13,12, 11,10
    walking lunges w/ 30lb weights: 17,18, 18, 17
    knee raises: 18,17, 18, 17
