In case you (intentionally) forgot, tomorrow is the start of the October 100 Burpee Challenge weekend. Get excited!

Since it’s a new feature in the app, I thought it would be cool to show you guys who are already Super Athlete members (or are considering joining in the future) how to easily keep track of your 100 Burpee Challenge PRs and times in the app. It’s pretty simple, but if you’re not familiar with all the features yet, you might have missed it.

Here’s how to keep track of your 100 Burpee Challenge personal records right in the app:

Step 1: Open the app, click on the Workouts tab, and select Workout Power Packs.

Step 3: Select 100 burpee challenge.

Step 2: Scroll down and select Workout Challenges.

Step 4: ROCK those burpees as fast as you can. If you’ve already done the workout before, you’ll see your previous PR at the bottom of the screen before you start.

Step 6: View your PR in your user profile under PRs/Challenge/AMRAP Workouts > 100 Burpee Challenge.[/fusion_text][/one_half][/fullwidth][fusion_text]That’s it! Now you have an easy way to keep track of your 100 Burpee Challenge PRs. You’ll notice mine is still stuck above the 6:00 mark… I will beat 6:00 someday!

  1. Hi!

    So I have had to super athlete program for a couple of months. I’m getting charged the extra per month, but it isn’t any different. and It definitely doesn’t look or have all of the above. My phone is telling me its up to date,so I don’t get why I’m its telling me I’m subscribed to the super athlete app but I don’t have any of the above options. I have an Android. Please help!!! 🙂
