Workout type: 12 minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Lateral step overs
2. Ball transfer push ups
3. Box jumps
4. Air squats
5. Burpee step overs
6. Medicine ball twists

Bonus: 10 Pistols / leg + 10 Handstand push ups

    Lat. Step Over: 15, 17, 16
    Ball Trans. Push Up: 12, 11, 10
    Box Jump: 12, 13, 14
    Air Squat: 16, 17, 16
    Burpee Step Over: 7, 6, 6
    MB Twist: 28 29, 26

    Did the bonus moves AND added a few pull-ups and handstand work to round out the workout. Yay! Happy Day!
