Step ups (w/ sandbag): 12, 12, 12
Plank get ups: 12, 13, 12
Burpee box jumps: 6, 6, 7
Pistols (candlestick rolls): 7, 7, 7

Done. Very, very hard and low numbers but I claim a cold as a poor excuse. Still enjoyed it though and it should sweat the cold out 🙂
