Timer setting: Stopwatch

Do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Box jumps
10 Handstand push ups
20 Jump lunges
10 Dive bomber push ups
20 Tuck jumps
20 Knee raises

Bonus: +50 Sit ups
