March 100 burpee challenge rules
Step #1: Do the 100 burpee challenge. You have by the end of the weekend (so April 5th) to complete the challenge.
Step #2: Immediately after you do the challenge, snap a photo (a video works too) of yourself post-challenge. Post it to either Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook along with your current time AND the amount you’ve improved from last month (make sure to tag #12minuteathlete). You can also email your photo to me at [email protected] (use the subject ‘100 burpee challenge photo’ so I can actually find your photos).
Step #3: I’ll look over all the photos and times and send a shirt of your choice to you (or whoever you want)!

Should the burpees be with or without push up?
10:03. I’m late to the challenge (my first) this month, but I had to post to share the cutest story. I live in an apartment, so I went to a public field nearby. A dad was playing soccer with his two little girls, probably between 3 and 6 years old. As soon as I started doing burpees, the girls came over and had to know what I was doing. Luckily I was not yet out of breath so I could explain as I kept doing the burpees. One girl joined in and started doing them with me! She managed to do about 20-30. I might have “cheated” and come up one or two burpees short because the girl was counting along and I think she skipped a couple of numbers… it was adorable!
my personal best is 7min57 sec , and i do 100 burpees almost every day because of freeletics training, on average i do them under 9 min
