Most of you based in the U.S. are getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving with your family or friends, and we hope you’re looking forward to all the holiday staples and homemade treats. And while we would never recommend you actually diet on Thanksgiving Day (you’re not going to ruin all your fitness goals in one day!), we always encourage a little movement, especially before a big meal.
