20 Double unders (or 60 single unders)
5 Handstand push ups
10 Air squats
5 V ups

I did 6 rounds. Working on my double unders so did 10 double/30 single unders each round. Your workouts are awesome! Keep them coming:-)
So cool Kristen! 10 double unders is an awesome start. It took me a long time to get past that when I was first working on them! Keep working hard 🙂
