We’ll also have 30 days of workouts to kick off the fall season.
This challenge is designed to be done at home, so you don’t need a gym membership to join. All you’ll need for equipment is a plyo box or something sturdy to step/jump on, and a medicine ball or equivalent (a backpack filled with heavy stuff will do the trick)!
The challenge workouts will also be available in the app, making it easier than ever to participate.
