Go Fast No Equipment HIIT Workout (+ Video)

I hope you guys know by now that it doesn’t take a fancy gym or a ton of equipment to get a good workout.

This Go Fast No Equipment HIIT Workout requires zero equipment, but will get you sweaty and gasping for breath in no time.

You will need an interval timer for this workout, so open up the 12 Minute Athlete app or use one of the zillions of free ones on the internet. You’ll also need a little bit of space.

Here’s what you’re going to do: You’ll need to set your timer for 18 rounds of 10 and 30 second intervals. You’ll be resting on the 10 second ones, then working as hard as you possibly can on the 30 second ones. Don’t hold back!

Here are the exercises you’ll be going through:

1. Long jump squat combo
2. Push up plank jumps
3. Line sprints
4. Walking lunges
5. Burpee lateral jumps
6. Plank pike jumps

Give this workout everything you’ve got—you should be absolutely breathless afterwards.
