Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1.Candlestick jump ups
2. Straight punches
3. Burpee tuck jumps
4. Four punch combo
5. Round kicks
6. Punching sit ups

Bonus: 50 Squat jumps + 30 boxer push ups
