Medicine balls are an incredibly versatile tool great for wall balls, core training and more! I love these Dyanamax ones because they’re so giant and awkward they make every exercise even harder.
You can choose your own weight, but make sure you get one that’s heavy enough to make your workouts challenging. For women, I recommend 12 – 16 lbs (I use 14 lbs). For men, I recommend 16-20 lbs.
