Push the Limit AMRAP Workout

 

Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

30 Double unders
5 Triceps dips
10 Burpees
5 Pistols / leg
10 Sit ups

Bonus: 10-15 Handstand push ups (after workout)

  1. Just 3 rounds. But it’s really hot here in Montreal today. Can I take it as an excuse?!lol!! But I’ll do better next time 🙂

  2. Subbed 60 single unders for the double unders, and 10 double-leg candlestick rolls for the pistols. 6 rounds and a seventh through 3 burpees. Did 15 handstand push-ups and 5 jumping pull-ups as a bonus, and had fun practicing handstands in the grass!
