    Handstand push-ups 18, 21, 16
    Jump squats (subbed for box jumps) 22, 24, 25
    Diamond push-ups 7, 8, 10 (all modified)
    Burpee lateral jumps 10, 9, 12
    Mountain climbers 63, 62, 61
