I'm currently accepting one-on-one clients on a limited basis. Whether your goal is to build a consistent workout habit, change your mindset around health and fitness, or work toward a specific athletic goal, I can help!
I've worked with people of all fitness levels over my decade-plus years in the fitness industry, but I specialize in:
Calisthenics and bodyweight training
Efficient at-home and travel-friendly workouts
Cross-training for your specific sport or activity
Beginner and intermediate handstand training
Boxing conditioning and technique
Helping build a healthy mindset around health and fitness
I love working with students of all ages and levels. Wherever you're currently at, I can help you become fitter, stronger, and, more importantly, help you build the confidence and motivation you'll need to tackle your biggest goals.
Working with a coach can be an essential catalyst in becoming who you really want to be. My coaching approach embraces the science of positive psychology, so our work together emphasizes and builds on what's already working for you rather than what's broken. I will help you prioritize what matters, hold you accountable, and provide a clear action plan to help you work toward your short and long-term goals.
Also, unlike some coaches and personal trainers, my goal is not to have you depend on me as a coach for the rest of your life.
Instead, I want to help you build a solid foundation and give you the tools and knowledge so that you can work toward any goal in the future, fitness-related or otherwise.
All workouts will be individually tailored to you based on your specific goals, how often you want to train, and what equipment you have available
Workouts will be sent bi-weekly through email and videos uploaded through Vimeo
We will have weekly email check-ins to assess your progress and change up your routine as necessary
I will provide video feedback as needed
I require a two-month commitment so that we can make some real progress toward your goals.
