Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Squat thrusts
2. Round kicks
3. Burpees
4. Straight punches
5. Side kicks
6. Punching sit ups

Bonus: 50 Medicine ball slams

  1. Before I found the 12!minute athlete website you couldn’t have paid me to do a workout with kicking in it. I enjoyed the workout though.

    Round kicks: 20, 20, 20
    Burpees: 6, 5, 0
    Straight punches: 74, 89, 88
    Side kicks: 19, 28, 20
    Punching sit ups: 10, 10, 10

    No medicine ball though…
