Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Burpees
2. Kettlebell front squats
3. Kettlebell swings
4. Dive bomber push ups
5. Tuck jumps
6. Sit ups

Kettlebell squats (using 35 lb kettlebell): 16, 17, 17
Kettlebell swings: 16, 17, 17
Dive bomber push ups: 7, 7, 7
Tuck jumps: 53, 52, 51
Sit ups: 17, 16, 17

  1. is there any special exercises for 6 pack abs and biceps and how many times should we do them?. please answer. also how many 12 min workouts can we do in a day?

    Kettlebell Squat: 12, 11, 9
    KB Swing: 18, 16, 17
    Dive Bomber: 3, 3, 9 (last one was on knees)
    Tuck Jumps: 18, 15, 13
    Sit ups: 7, 6, 7

    My first 12 min workout. Not gonna lie, I was thinking about quitting and just running around round 7.

    30lbs weight squats 15,15,15
    30lbs swings 19,19,17
    Pushups(realized i was doing them wrong afterwards-did more of a judo pushup) 10,10,10
    Tuck jumps 55,55,50
    Sit ups 12,12

    I might have died a little and prayed to the workout gods to please save my bursting lungs and wobbly legs. That was HARD!
