1. Box jumps
2. Elevated push ups
3. Kettlebell swings
4. Air squats
5. High knees
6. V ups

Kettlebell swings (35 lb kettlebell): 15, 14, 15, 14
Air squats: 24, 25, 24, 26
High knees: 109, 110, 109, 111
V ups: 13, 13, 13
