Superstar Athlete 12-Minute AMRAP Challenge Workout

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Burpee tuck jumps
5 Pull ups
15 Air squats
10 Burpee lateral jumps
5 Hanging leg raises

Bonus: Bridge practice

  1. Almost 3: Timer went off with 2 more lateral-jump burpees to go. (So I finished that round.) However, I have to walk outside to use the pull-up bar, as there is plenty of icy and snow on the ground here in Colorado, so that slowed things down a little…Alternated pull-ups and chin-ups. Nice workout for a snowy day — thanks!

  3. Wow. That one looked easy on paper, but as soon as I started the tuck jumps, I understood why the reps were so low. Wow. I did change it up a little on account of being sore from yesterdays benchmark. 🙂 So I was able to perform 7 rounds.
    I changed pull ups to chin ups and did jumping lunges for the second burpees. I’m still sweating buckets.
