Ingredients

1 serving chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup old fashioned or gluten-free oats
1 small ripe banana
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp cottage cheese
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix the protein powder, oats, banana, egg whites, cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and baking powder together in a blender. Heat a large non-stick pan to medium high, then pour batter into pancake shapes onto the pan. They can be any size you want, but smaller pancakes are easier to flip.

Once small bubbles start to form on the pancakes, sprinkle a few chocolate chips on each pancakes before flipping over. Fully cook the other side, then repeat until batter is all gone. Serve with berries, maple syrup, or more chocolate!
