10 Burpees
20 Side lunges
10 Reptile push ups
20 Air squats
5 Handstand push ups
5 V ups

Bonus (after workout): 30 second bridge hold

    • Try them using the wall for support Carlos. When I first started them I couldn’t do them so replaced them for either pike push ups or did them with my feet on a chair instead until I built up more strength.
