problem is not every one has the strength or balance to do a hand stand let alone push ups while doing one
Try them using the wall for support Carlos. When I first started them I couldn’t do them so replaced them for either pike push ups or did them with my feet on a chair instead until I built up more strength.
14:27 + bridge, but my reptile push ups and handstand push-ups were weak.
