Fast As You Can 12-Minute AMRAP Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown

Do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Squat jumps
5 Triceps dips
30 Tuck jumps
16 Side lunges
5 Wide Push Ups
5 Leg raises

Bonus: 60 second L-sit hold (break it up as needed)
