Timer setting: Countdown timer

Do as many rounds in 12 minutes of the following:

20 Wall balls
10 Dive bomber push ups
20 Step ups
10 Burpee pull ups
20 Medicine ball twists

    When you write workouts, for one-sided exercises (in this case, the step ups and twists), are the reps total or per side? My apologies if this is answered elsewhere on the site that I didn’t see.

  2. Thanks for a great workout, I had to make some modifications:
    20 air squats
    10 dive bomber push ups
    20 box jumps
    10 half burpee pull ups (no push up)
    20 medicine ball twists.

    I did two full rounds plus squats, push ups, box jumps and one last burpee/pull up.

    Iove your workouts, thank you! Would love to see your app in the Google play store too, I had it, but recently changed over to a galaxy and now can’t get the app – so sad 🙁
