10 Dive bomber push ups
20 Step ups
10 Burpee pull ups
20 Medicine ball twists

When you write workouts, for one-sided exercises (in this case, the step ups and twists), are the reps total or per side? My apologies if this is answered elsewhere on the site that I didn’t see.
No problem Heather! Out of habit I count per side for the one sided exercises… so each step up is one rep.
Thanks for a great workout, I had to make some modifications:
20 air squats
10 dive bomber push ups
20 box jumps
10 half burpee pull ups (no push up)
20 medicine ball twists.
I did two full rounds plus squats, push ups, box jumps and one last burpee/pull up.
