Workout type: 12 minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. High knees w/ jump rope
2. Pistols
3. Push ups
4. Bulgarian split squats (L)
5. Bulgarian split squats (R)
6. V ups

High knees w/ jump rope: 98, 99, 101
Pistols (alternating, using band): 10, 10, 10
Push ups: 14, 15, 15
Bulgarian split squats (L) (using sandbag): 13, 13, 13
Bulgarian split squats (R) (using sandbag): 13, 13, 13
V ups: 14, 15, 15
